Recipe: A new twist on a morning favorite (Bananas)

A good way to keep your bedroom health in check is to be careful about what you eat most of the time.

And it’s not as hard as you might think when it comes to lunch or dinner — it’s easy to meal prep fresh, healthy food.

There are always great new recipes to try.

But breakfast can be rough — especially on days when we need to get going before 7 am.

When it’s that early, it can be incredibly hard to make something tasty, well balanced, and good for getting and keeping a hard member.

And that’s important — because your breakfast should be the key to starting your day off right.

So how can you save time in the morning, while eating a breakfast that can help you out at night?

Well, you can cook a big batch of something filling and delicious that tastes good hot or cold, like our sauteed cinnamon bananas.

You see, bananas are an excellent source of potassium — a crucial nutrient when it comes to getting and keeping a hard member. This is because potassium helps to optimize your flow of blood and improve your circulation. (1)

Today’s recipe makes 4 servings, can be made quickly, and it’s super flavorful. In fact, the last time I made it, I brought an extra batch to the office and everyone here ate more than their fair share.

(This is really good as a late-night snack, too.)

So, without further ado, here’s how to make yours:


Sauteed Cinnamon Bananas


Ready in: 10 min.

Ingredients:

4 large bananas (firmly ripe or slightly underripe)

2 tablespoons stevia

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons alternative butter


Directions:

First. cut your bananas crosswise into quarter inch slices.

Toss those slices into a bowl with the stevia, cinnamon and lemon juice.

Heat up a saute pan over a medium-high flame and add your alternative “butter”. (Our favorite is Melt Organic Buttery Spread.)

When your “butter” starts to bubble, add in the bananas.

Now grip the panhandle and toss your bananas every 10 seconds or so for around 2-3 minutes (or until the bananas are tender).

Your slices should hold their shape and be caramelized. Once that happens — they’re ready to serve.

These can even be served with some plain, low-fat Greek yogurt for a sweet and tangy treat.

So, give it a try. It’s an excellent change of pace and can be a great addition to your daily breakfast routine.
