How laughter helps in the bedroom this holiday

“Why do you never see elephants hiding in trees? Because they're so good at it.”

Alright, alright — I know that joke is a little corny. But we wanted it to be an example in regard to your health.

You see, this time of year can be downright hectic.

Between travel plans, spending hours in the kitchen, and those long “holiday lines” at the mall…

It can be pretty easy to get bogged down by the stress of it all.

And when you’re stressed — your body has a harder time getting and keeping a hard member. (1)

That brings us back to the joke at the beginning of this post — because one of the best ways to stay ready for action and snap back to your merry old self...

...is laughter.

I’m sure you know that old saying, “laughter is the best medicine,” right?

Well, there’s a reason it’s stuck around for so long…

Because laughing yourself silly is truly one of the best things you can do for your wellbeing...

Not to mention what it can do for your health in the bedroom.

Laughing keeps your brain in good shape, boosts your stamina and supports your already healthy heart. (2, 3, 4)

That’s a combination that works incredibly well when it’s time to combat stress.

But that’s not the only way laughter can benefit your life in the bedroom.

That’s pretty powerful stuff, right?
