Recipe: The Avocado “Easy Energy” Salad

To keep our health in check, and our bodies ready to perform when the moment strikes, we must be pretty careful about what we eat most of the time.

And it’s not so bad when it comes to breakfast, or lunch — most of us here at the office use our small kitchen to store and prepare healthy meals or snacks when we’ve got some downtime from our research.

If we do happen to go out, there are a ton of healthy options surrounding us.

It’s dinner that can be rough — especially on days when we need to be back in the office by 6 or 7 am.

When we’ve got to get to bed that early, it can be difficult to find the time to make something healthy, well balanced, and good for a man’s biggest health concerns.

And that last part is particularly important — because a diet rich in the right foods can help boost your libido, make it easier for you to get and keep a hard member, and give you the energy you need to perform more often, and much longer. (1, 2)

But here’s the thing — if you’re going to put together a meal that checks off all those boxes...and you’re short on time, what can you do?

Well for us, we like to make a big batch of something filling and delicious, like our avocado and pine nut salad.

This recipe makes 4 generous servings, is packed with flavor, and most importantly, is full of ingredients that support a man’s sexual performance.

That thanks to the libido boosting avocados and pine nuts that give you a tremendous surge of energy to handle those late-night sessions.

Here’s how we make it…

Recipe: The Avocado “Easy Energy” Salad

Prep Time: 10 min Total Time: 10 min


5 medium heirloom tomatoes halved and thinly sliced

2 medium ripe avocados sliced

1/3 cup pine nuts toasted

1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese

2 tablespoons minced fresh basil

Lime dressing:

1 lime juiced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon white vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

1 garlic clove minced


Grab a large serving bowl and throw in your tomatoes, avocados, nuts, feta, and basil.

Now, in a smaller bowl, whisk your dressing ingredients until the mixture is smooth. Pour it over your salad and toss it to coat everything evenly.

This should be enough for 4 servings and keeps for two days (giving you a nice lunch option as well).
